Normalize Support™ is my mission through Birth + Babe Apparel and while I can't share the deets with you just yet on what that looks like, we can definitely wear this shirt to start conversations about how we need to Normalize Support™ in the Maternal Healthcare area.

For people either trying to have a baby, are pregnant or in the postpartum stage - the support isn't always mandatory and available... where it really should be. It's optional. It's if you have the money for it. It's if you have the resources to even know about it. It's if you have the resources to know how to access it. 

Support during any of these phases should not be optional and it should always be accessible to everyone - this needs to be the new normal.

  • Side-seamed, Crew neck, Unisex fit.
  • Solid Black Color: 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.
  • Heather Colors: 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 48% Polyester
  • Machine Wash Cold, Do Not Bleach, Tumble Dry Low, Do Not Iron, Do Not Dry Clean
  • Designs are defaulted to white printing, except the Heather Dust which will be printed in black 


    • We only use the highest quality shirts that will last you through and through, these are Bella + Canvas unisex fit tees. Please refer to our sizing chart if you need assistance. We recommend you size down for a women's fit or order your normal size for a looser fit.

    These shirts do not come with a side knot, as a side knot is better done once the shirt is actually on the person wearing it so it fits in the right place. The sleeves are not pre-rolled either, if you want them rolled, just simply roll them up once or twice.
